WhatsApp stops working on Windows Phone, older versions of Android and iOS from February 2020
WhatsApp will stop working on windows phone after 31 December 2019, and It’s the app will also be not available on Windows Store and Whatapp will stop Working on smartphones having Android Version 2.3.7 or older And IOS having version ios 8 or older from 2 February 2020.
How to Take WhatsApp Backup
Users having These Version of android and IOS may no longer create account nor reverify existing accounts but existing WhatsApp account can be used on these phones and users of these Smartphones can export there Chat by clicking on Three dots on upper-right corner after that chat options after that chat History and opportunities comes of Export chat, and there you can select which conversations you want to export. There is one other way to do the backup of your all chats by clicking on chat backup under chat options, but these chats will be backed up on google drive.
For Windows phone, facebook owned Whatsapp totally stops supporting from 31 December 2019 and you also not may see the WhatsApp on windows store from 1 January 2020 .31 December is the last day for Windows user to get there chat data by using export chat options in the chat options under settings And remember one thing that Chat Backup option not available in German language.
