Lockdown 5.0 Guidelines: No ease in lockdown is provided only essential services, and goods are allowed in this zone.
This lockdown 31st may is 2020 the last day of lockdown 4.0, and there is a question in many people’s minds what next will lockdown be lifted or will it extended. The answer to this question is in the form of current guidelines of MHA in which MHA said that Lockdown 5.0 would be implemented From 1 June 2020 to 30 June 2020 but with some relaxations. Relaxation includes the opening of shopping complexes, malls, places of worship, etc. in known -contaminated areas.
Now in Lockdown 5.0 Centre have given more freedom to states on what to open or what not to open but states have to follow the MHA guidelines. They cannot ease from MHA guidelines.
In guidelines issued by MHA, it is said that the Ministry of Health and family welfare will issue an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure ) for activities which are permitted in Unlock 1.0.
Timing of Night Curfew Changes to 9 PM – 5 AM
In Lockdown 4.0 Night curfew timing was 7 PM – 7 AM but in Lockdown 5.0 Night Curfew Timing Changes to 9 PM – 5 AM.
Interstate Movement of People and vehicles without E-PASS
In the new guidelines issued by MHA. Interstate movement of People and Vehicles are allowed without E-PASS means no permission is required to go from one state to another.
But states have the rights to decide whether they are allowing movement from other states/ Union territory into there area. MHA also advised that Above 60 years age people, pregnant woman, children to stay at home and also suggests that people should have ArogyaSetu App installed in their phone.
God’s House, Shopping Malls to be open from 8 June
In Lockdown 5.0 all religious places and god’s house, Shopping complexes will be open from 8 June 2020. The Health Ministry will issue the SOP after consulting with Central Ministries/Departments which are concerned with it, and they will ensure that social distancing must be followed in these places.
Educational Institutions, Coaching Institutions will be opened in a phased manner during Unlock 2.0
MHA has mentioned in its guidelines that school, colleges and other educational institutions will be opened in UNLOCK 2.0, i.e. in July after consulting with the concerned department and after the assessment of this panademic.
International Travelling Ban will continue, and it is likely to get lifted after the situation comes under control. Till then all international travelling is not allowed.
For contaminated zoned
5.0 will be seen as Unlock 1.0 and government is now aiming to bring back life on track as everyone knows we have to live with this corona panademic only until any vaccine not come into existence. So it is upto us now how we can cure ourself of this Panademic. And the only remedy of this corona is social distancing right now. Because now JAAN BHI JAHAN BHI is required.
